The mutations effect the victim's offspring, not the victim, radiation burns and cancer is what happens to the exposed person

Gets its point across! And very realistic....atoms and agent orange....

Looking at the two images, they have been combined really well, the cloud illumination matched to the photo. Looks like a lot of planning and adjusting went into this.
